Installation and regular maintenance of high-capacity passenger lifts in the Cevahir Sky City residential and commercial complex, located in Skopje, Macedonia.

Lift Models:

1. Passenger Elevators:

  • 4 high-speed MKDA1 and MKDA2 passenger elevators per tower
  • 2 elevators with a speed of 4.0 m/s (MKDA2 model)
  • 2 elevators with a speed of 3.5 m/s (MKDA1 model)
  • Capacity:
    • MKDA1: 13–15 passengers (approximately 1,000–1,200 kg)
    • MKDA2: 16–20 passengers (approximately 1,300–1,600 kg)
  • Serving up to 40 floors in each tower

2. Freight Elevator:

  • 1 MKDA2 freight elevator per tower
  • Speed: 3.5 m/s
  • Capacity: 1,200 kg
  • Used for goods transport, moving services, and emergency operations

Features:
  • Manufacturer: Specialized in MKDA1 and MKDA2 models.
  • System: Electric lifts with hydraulic drive.
  • Safety: Emergency braking systems, alarm buttons, and backup power supplies.
  • Control: Modern controls with digital displays and user-friendly interfaces.

Activities:
  • Installation: Planning and execution of MKDA1 and MKDA2 lift installations in Cevahir Sky City Skopje
  • Maintenance: Ongoing monthly inspections and testing in compliance with international elevator safety standards.
