Installation and regular maintenance of MKDA1 and MKDA2 elevators at Autoliv’s production and office facilities in Gebze, Turkey, performed by Forlift.

Elevator Models:

1. Passenger Elevators:

2 MKDA1 elevators with a speed of 1.6 m/s
Capacity: 8–10 passengers (approximately 630–800 kg)
Purpose: Serving administrative offices and staff areas

2. Freight Elevator:

2 MKDA2 elevators with a speed of 0.63 m/s
Capacity: 1,500–2,000 kg
Purpose: Transport of raw materials and finished products within the production area

Features:

Manufacturer: Specialized in MKDA1 and MKDA2 models
System: Electric elevators with hydraulic drive
Safety: Emergency braking systems, alarm buttons, and backup power supplies
Control: Modern control panels with digital displays and user-friendly interfaces

Activities:

Installation: Planning and execution of MKDA1 and MKDA2 elevator installations at Autoliv Turkey
Maintenance: Ongoing monthly inspections and testing in accordance with international elevator safety standards
Repairs: Fast-response service for defect resolution and parts replacement
Training: Personnel training for safe operation and basic maintenance procedures
